How to avoid the cold and flu?

The season is here again for the bacteria to multiply and the germs to cause havoc to our body. It is not an easy task to avoid a cold or flu from catching up with us, but there are measures that we can take to help keep ourselves away from cold and flu. One of the most important ways to remain healthy is through the use of tissue papers, especially when someone sneezes.  It is important to make sure that we don’t catch a sneeze coming from someone close, and neither should one of our sneezes reach someone else. So keeping some tissues is a good safety measurement. Eating properly and taking vitamins regularly, especially Vitamin C, is also a good way to remain healthy. Getting flu or pneumonia shots as recommended is also important. Keeping antibacterial hand rubs or hand washes in the bag for use in places such as toilet door-knobs or faucets will help us to steer clear of germs and bacteria. Using rubber or sanitary gloves when cleaning will also make sure that we are on the safe side.

A little attention to small things will help us save ourselves from such seasonal illness. Changing our habits to a more healthy direction is perhaps the best way save ourselves.
